Service Dog Training
Service Dog Training (SDT) takes over 1 year and course takes you through the whole journey from start to finish of what it means to have a service dog, service animal education through the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the rights and responsibilities you hold as a service dog owner. We will train you to teach your dog in basic obedience finishing with an AKC evaluation, followed by training in public access finishing with a test at the end, and then completing the course with task training specific to your needs. We provide the equipment needed for training with the cost of the SDT course. We also recommend speaking with a member of our training staff about your disabilities before signing up for Service training. Joining this course will require a letter from a medical provider simply stating that you could benefit from a service animal. Should you need assistance with obtaining a letter feel free to email us.

While our Service Dog course DOES INCLUDE 13-weeks of Basic Obedience Training, the cost is still a one-time fee of $300. You do not need to purchase our basic course on top of the Service Dog course. If you are still unsure of which course will work for you, feel free contact us at Info@victorysranch.org and one of our trainers would be happy to assist you!
